Bryce Simpson

Captain Bryce Simpson hails from Vermont. After graduating college in 1992 with a degree in accounting he moved south to Florida, where his uncle introduced him to the yachting industry and he’s worked on superyachts ever since. He holds a USCG 1600/3000 ITC ton Captains license.

Throughout his career, Bryce has traveled the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mediterranean, U.S. East Coast, Canada, and Mexico. He enjoys golf, skiing, scuba diving — he is an NAUI divemaster, and an avid sports fan. Bryce looks forward to welcoming you onboard and creating a luxury charter experience just for you!

Chief Officer

Richard Bamforth

Chief Officer Richard Bamforth was born in Kokstad, South Africa a farm town. His love for the outdoors led him into freshwater fishing, boating, and at 4 years old motorbikes. From a young age, he was an adventurous soul and would be off into the African wilderness. Richard completed his open water at 11 years old and this led to exploring the deep blue where his love for the ocean grew.

Richard excelled in racing dirt bikes and then jet skis in the off-season. He currently holds a Chief Officer 3000 and is working toward Master 500. He loves fishing, wakeboarding, diving, spearfishing, kiting and is always up to take you on an adventure while onboard Casino Royale.

Chief Stewardess

Gail McNab

Chief Stewardess Gail McNab was born in Belize City on the Caribbean Coast of Central America. She left the city at 22 with a degree in Natural Resource Management and ventured South to work as a researcher for a conservation organization where her passion for marine & terrestrial biodiversity grew, as well as her curiosity for cultural diversity.

Gail was lured into the yachting industry in 2013. Since then, she has had various roles within the interior department, as well as experience working on deck. Gail loves being outdoors & discovering new places off the beaten path!

3rd Stewardess

Kay-Leigh Tarantino

3rd Stewardess Kay-Leigh Tarantino decided to leave her hometown of Johannesburg, South Africa to join the yachting industry after completing her Marketing degree in 2020. She has a great sense of adventure and loves to travel.

She has explored Thailand, Germany, and Mauritius Island where her experiences heightened her curiosity about people and cultures. She has always loved the ocean and spent most of her childhood holidays at the beach.

Rotation Engineer

Fanie Oosthuizen

Rotation Engineer Fanie Oosthuizen was born in Zimbabwe but grew up in the small town of Nelspruit that borders the Kruger National Park in South Africa. He was working as an equipment analyst in a paper mill when in 2000 an engineer friend introduced him to the yachting industry. Fanie has worked as an engineer on a number of yachts and has extensively sailed the Mediterranean, Bahamas & Caribbean, Indian Ocean, and Asia. He currently holds the Y3 engineering qualification and plans to progress up the ranks to obtain his Y2 certificate. When Fanie is not sweating it out in the engine room, he is an avid fresh and saltwater fisherman, diver, and golfer.

Rotation Engineer

Colby Martino

Rotation Engineer Colby Martino hails from the mountains of Vermont where he grew up around several freshwater lakes. Colby graduated from Vermont Technical College, with an associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He then had an opportunity to join the yachting industry and has never looked back. Colby has earned his FAA Private Pilot’s License (airplane) & is also a PADI certified Rescue diver. He enjoys water sports, snow skiing, photography, as well as traveling, and exploring new places.

In his travels, he has explored many places including; New England, Bermuda, Bahamas, Caribbean, Panama Canal, Central America, Southeast Alaska, along the western Mediterranean. Colby is very excited to be a part of the Casino Royale team and help make sure you have a safe and unforgettable stay with us.
